AKira and me

Year 2006 had past and I am saddened that I am still a student. Most of my friends are working full time in their company. I decided that I should start working although the salary was not very good. Stamping on the same spot is not me, thus I should move on quickly.
Year 2007, 3rd day, I got myself employed under a big firm, in Jurong. Pretty lucky actually as it was near my house and 30 minutes buy ride to my school in orchard. The people there were very friendly and they don’t cause invincible, unbearable and chaos to the environment.
As compared to the previous company, no one in the company complained about the management team. People still work overtime even they knew there will not be any overtime pay. I heard that employee stay with the company as long as 10 years. Goodness me, that is a long period of time.
Although I am hourly paid, sometime might hear me grumble, I begin to feel the bond between the company and me. There are times when my supervisor chases me home. Well, seeing my colleagues working overtime till 10 pm, hence, I begin to hate myself not in a position to help up and to speed things up, thus, everybody can go home early.
I think the best part is, the whole account department, there are only 3 guys. Ha-ha, in simple, I am surrounded with ladies. Anyway, nothing to be happy about as most of them is either married or in their 30s (I believe).
Hopefully, I can be converted to permanent staff soon.
